The Executive Director REF, of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA) and Former Member of the House Of Representatives Hon Engr Doris Uboh MNSE has felicitated with Speaker Emeritus of the Delta State House of Assembly and Immediate-past Executive Director of Maritime Labour and Cabotage Services (NIMASA) Rt Hon Engr Victor O. Ochei FNSE ESQ on the occasion of his birthday anniversary, describing him as true progressive, patriot and valuable ally, whose impact transcends politics.
Hon Doris Uboh expressed thanks to God Almighty for the life of Rt Hon Ochei, expressing gratitude for his large heart, generous disposition and sacrificial lifestyle.

Speaking further, Hon Uboh asserted that Rt Hon Ochei had a personality and acceptance beyond political affiliations, praising his commitment to philanthropy and socially laudable projects.
