The CEO of Peterson Global and Real Estate Consultant Amb. Peter Oghenenyorhe Egbagba JP has stated that as a realtor , they help people to acquire properties in Asaba and it environs.
Speaking with The Forward News Media Team in Asaba, said Peterson Global is into property management, property consultant , buying and selling of property and turn undeveloped areas into city.
According to him, Peterson Global help people to invest wisely and make people not to loose their money in the hands of property fraudster.
Egbagba noted that Peterson Global guide clients not to focus only in core areas where a property cost very high while they can get the same property in other areas far cheaper than what he or she spent in buying one property in core areas.
He further disclosed that they also assist the low income earners, civil servants to acquire land, property as low as 2-5 million based on the capacity and between 2-3 years that property will be times 3 valued as at when it was bought and you will smile to bank.
Speaking on the challenges, he said the challenges are on the developing nature and advising clients that want his property to be developed by developers should get the money ready because cost of production is at increase everyday.

He advised those that coming into real estate business to attach to existing ones, adding that 2-3 years ago many came as realtor, agents but he advised them to register the business with CAC and attach to existing ones that have experience in the business.
Going into the real estate business without experience you may not know what and what that is needed in the business, you may end up involving in acquiring properties that’s not genuine, Egbagba advised.
He also noted that in Peterson Global, the company has the guided law from the Ministry of land and survey and followed the state government requirements in the process of acquiring properties.
